- Spinach: 300 grams (fresh)
- Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons (extra virgin)

- Coconut Milk: 1 tablespoon (for brushing)

Preparation Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cook the spinach with a little water, stirring during cooking.
- Rinse it with cold water in a colander, and then grind it in a food processor until it becomes a puree.
- Mix the spinach puree with the bread mix, and add water and olive oil.
- Knead the dough and let it rest according to the instructions on the package.
- Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces and shape them into balls by rolling the dough under the hollow of your hands.
- Place them with the seam side down on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper.
- Lightly brush them with coconut milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Let them rise again until doubled in size and bake for about 15 minutes.
