  • Bread: 2 shawarma loaves

Preparation Method

  1. Spread the bread and place two lettuce leaves on each piece.
  2. Evenly distribute the grilled chicken slices over the lettuce.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and black olives, distributing them evenly.
  4. To prepare the avocado sauce: In a blender, combine the avocado, garlic, olive oil, green chili peppers, cumin, salt, and coriander.
  5. Close the blender and blend all the ingredients well until you get a smooth sauce.
